Perform low-speed, lipid and phenol extractions, digestions and precipitations with Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Centrifuge Bottles made with Teflon™ fluoropolymer. The perfect fit with Thermo Scientific™ Fiberlite™ carbon fiber rotors, they are molded of translucent FEP that resists most acids, bases and organic solvents.
Features:
- FEP provides excellent chemical resistance
- Use in temperatures from -100° to +150°C
- For proper performance, must be filled to 100% of total capacity
- For added leakproof† asssurance at maximum speeds or when spinning hazardous materials use with PP sealing caps assemblies (DS3131-0038)
Requires:
When spinning 250mL bottle in a Sorvall GSA rotor, use of the Nalgene centrifuge bottle adaptor (DS3125-0250) is required.
