Tube Furnaces

Tube furnaces heat samples within a separate process tube, supporting material testing, thermal processing, pyrolysis, and workflows that use controlled gas flow or an inert atmosphere. McQueen’s current selection includes Lindberg/Blue M™ Mini-Mite™, 1100°C, and 1200°C split-hinge tube-furnace configurations.

Choose a furnace by comparing its rated temperature range, heated length, compatible tube dimensions, number of heating zones, controller configuration, and electrical requirements. Single-zone models provide one controlled heating region, while multizone designs can support different temperature settings across the heated length. The tube, end seals, gas connections, and related accessories must be confirmed separately for compatibility with the furnace and intended atmosphere.
