Plastic Microscope Slides

Nunc™ plastic microscope slides provide a cell-culture-treated surface for growing and examining adherent cells directly on a slide-format substrate. The current configurable product family includes clear polystyrene and Permanox™ plastic options measuring 75 × 25 mm.

Select the slide material according to the cell-culture protocol, fixation method, staining reagents, mounting materials, and imaging requirements. These plastic slides are sterile, precleaned, cell-culture treated, and supplied with one frosted end for identification. Plastic and glass slides should not be treated as universally interchangeable: solvent, fixative, stain, and mountant compatibility can differ by polymer. Verify reagent compatibility for the selected polystyrene or Permanox catalog number before use.
