Hand Vacuum Pumps

Hand vacuum pumps generate vacuum manually without requiring an electrical supply. The current selection includes Nalgene™ repairable PVC and zinc/aluminum hand-operated pumps, models with or without a vacuum gauge, an aspirator vacuum pump, and model-specific repair kits.

Select a pump by comparing its maximum vacuum, displacement per stroke, construction material, gauge requirements, tubing connection, and intended application. Gauged models provide a visual indication of vacuum level, while models without a gauge suit workflows where direct vacuum measurement is not required. Typical applications for compatible hand-operated models include filtration, siphoning, liquid transfer, bleeding fluid lines, and leak checks. Verify chemical compatibility, pressure or vacuum limits, included tubing, and repair-kit compatibility for the specific catalog number.
